1. Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs): Hourly rates are commensurate to the specific individual's expertise

2. Business Development Experts (BDE): Leverage your network to drive business to our SMEs, while earning a referral fee

3. SME/BDE: Find the work/do the work, and receive both the hourly rate and the referral fee 

Unlike big consulting firms that have billing-to-salary ratios of 3:1, Lionize Financial Group is closer to 1:1, which means you could work two thirds less and make the same amount of money, or conversely, work the same amount of hours that you are now and make 3 times the pay
